The Book of Sanguine Onomancy contains an optional class - the Sanguine Onomancer - that offers a more sorcerous expansion for Mork Borg. These loathsome practitioners of blood magic physically carve the true names of their targets into their own flesh, granting them the power to work their dark arts upon others.
Herein find additional branches of powers, relics, rituals, lore, a devoted follower, optional rules of play, and a number of Sanguine Onomancers as NPC antagonists.
